STEP 1.Take a bowl add 1/2 litre curd in it. Whisked the curd and add salt to it. Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil and add 5 chopped green chillies saute well with spatuala on low heat. Now, add 1/4 tbsp mustard and fenugreek seeds for tadka purpose. Saute them well add few curry leaves also for nice aroma. Add 1/4 tbsp turmeric powder and fry it. Tempering and mix well in curd batter. Last, take another bowl add some left over idli into it. Pour curd batter on it and garnish with curry leaves.
