Ingredients for Curd fish curry Recipe

  • 1 Pieces piece katla fish
  • 1 Pieces Bay leaf
  • 1 Pieces lemon leaf
  • 1 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 2 g reen chili
  • 2 Tsp Curd
  • 2 Tbsp Poppy seeds
  • 1/2 Tbsp Charmagaz
  • 2.50 Pieces Cashew nuts
  • 1/2 Tbsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp Suger
  • 1/2 Cup Mustard oil
  • 1 Cup Coconut water

Directions: Curd Fish Curry Recipe

  • STEP 1.Hit the mustard oil in pan ,salt and turmeric powder marriened with fish now fry slightly.Then add bay leaf and chopped onion fry until brown.now paste charmagaz, poppy seeds,chilli and cashew nuts with some water.Then add it into fried onion now mixed and low the flame for 1 minutes.After that add curd into it fry slightly then add coconut water and cover it for 4 mints.After add fried fish into it and add suger as per taste.now ready your dish decorate with lemon leaf for good smell .serve it with hot rice .
