Bread snack which is very popular in the Latin American region and is usually served with some coffee.Little cheesy gems. Cuñapés are made with cassava starch and lots of cheese. The crust is firm and the center chewy. A Bolivian delicacy for any afternoon tea.

Ingredients for Cuñapé Recipe

  • 0.31 cup tapioca starch flour
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella
  • 0.13 teaspoon baking powder
  • 13.75 gram Butter
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 No.s Egg
  • 1/2 tablespoon Water

Directions: Cuñapé Recipe

  • STEP 1.in a bowl take some flour, mozzarella cheese, baking powder and salt. Mix these ingredients well and then add eggs and butter to it. Make a dough ball out of it .
  • STEP 2.Heat the oven at 500 degree. Spread the baking sheet on a tray and make small balls out of the dough. Place these balls on the sheet.
  • STEP 3.Bake it in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
