  • 100 g Chicken
  • 4 Pieces onions
  • 6 Pieces garlic
  • 4 Pieces ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 Tablespoon chilli powder

  • STEP 1.At first I paste onions,garlic,ginger pieces. Then fried it.Then I added chicken pieces it& cooked it 2/3 minutes.Then I added 2 tablespoon salt,1/2 tablespoon turmeric,2 tablespoon chillipowder,2tablespoon cumin powder& cooked it 3/4 minutes. Then I added 2cup of water &left it 3/4 minutes when some water dried then I switch off the gas&served it.
