  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • 0.13 cup Milk
  • 0.13 cup Cucumber (Peeled and grated.)
  • 1/2 tablespoon Mint Leaves (Chopped)
  • 0.13 teaspoon Roasted cumin powder
  • To Taste as per taste Black salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon green chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander (chopped)

  • STEP 1.Whisk yogurt until smooth and creamy.
  • STEP 2.Add milk and whisk well.
  • STEP 3.Add cucumber, mint, roasted cumin powder and black salt and mix well
  • STEP 4.Refrigerate the raita for a few hours.
  • STEP 5.Serve chilled.
