Ingredients for Cucumber raita Recipe

  • 1/2 g Medium sized cucumber
  • 1/2 cup thick fresh curd / yogurt (whisked)
  • 1/4 tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp Roasted cumin powder
  • To Taste as per taste Salt
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Directions: Cucumber Raita Recipe

  • STEP 1.Firstly, grate the cucumber. if the cucumber is bitter then peel off the skin.
  • STEP 2.furthermore, add 1 cup whisked curd.
  • STEP 3.Also add chilli powder, roasted cumin powder, salt and coriander leaves.
  • STEP 4.give a good mix making sure the spices are mixed well.
  • STEP 5.Finally, serve the cucumber raita along with biryani or pulao.
