  • 1/2 tablespoon Coconut Paste
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped cucumbers, potatoes, and salt. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add yogurt and coconut paste. Stir well and cook for another 5 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or roti.
