  • 0.38 cup Dried black beans soaked for about 4 hours,
  • 2 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon Sour cream or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1/2 Medium sized carrot minced
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped cilantro
