As Required sprinkle some sesame seeds & further roll to fix sesame seeds on puri. Keep aside. Repeat with the rest puri. Drop these into hot oil & fry till golden brown in color. Remove on kitchen tissue paper. On cooling fill them in an air tight container. Taste excellent with sweet & sour lemon pickle

STEP 1.In a large bowl add in all the ingredients except the oil for deep frying and half the sesame seeds.
STEP 2.Mix well. Add water little by little to make a tight dough. Allow to rest for 15 mints. Now knead it well to perfection & divide it into lime sized balls. Roll each into small puri,sprinkle some sesame seeds around it & further roll again to allow sesame seeds attached to the puri. Heat oil for deep frying in a kadai. Drop in the puri in hot oil & fry to golden brown color. Remove on kitchen tissue paper. Repeat with the rest. On cooling fill these into air tight container. Goes very well with sweet & sour lemon pickle.
