Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil and mash the potatoes. In a pan, saut茅 onions, ginger, and garlic. Add minced meat and cook until done.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, cooked minced meat, spices, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Shape the mixture into cutlets. Dip each cutlet in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry the cutlets until golden brown on both sides. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
