  • 4 large potatoes
  • 60 gram boiled corn kernels
  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves chopped
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • As required For coating
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • As required Oil to fry
  • As required Cheese to stuff
  • As required Garnish
  • As required Tomato ketchup
  • As required Basil leaves

  • STEP 1.Grate the boiled potatoes

  • STEP 2.Add breadcrumbs, refined flour, salt, chilli flakes, black pepper powder,nutmeg, fresh basil leaves, fresh corn.

  • STEP 3.Mix it well until it forms a dough

step 4

  • STEP 4.Wet your palm with water and take a ball of dough and place processed cheese in between and form a cylindrical shape

  • STEP 5.Sprinkle some flour over the croquettes

  • STEP 6.Make a slurry with cornflour and water

step 7

  • STEP 7.Dip the croquette into the slurry then coat it with bread crumbs

step 8

  • STEP 8.Keep it in freezer for 20 minutes

step 9

  • STEP 9.Heat oil on moderate flame and then put the croquettes into it

step 10

  • STEP 10.Fry them until they turn golden brown

step 11

  • STEP 11.Potato croquettes are ready to be served
