  • As required Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tablespoon basil leaves chopped
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 2 cup bread crumbs
  • As required For coating
  • 3 tablespoon Flour
  • 3 tablespoon Water

How to Make Croquettes Recipe

STEP 01

Grate the boiled potatoes

STEP 02

Add breadcrumbs, refined flour, salt, chilli flakes, black pepper powder,nutmeg, fresh basil leaves, fresh corn.

STEP 03

Mix it well until it forms a dough

STEP 04

Wet your palm with water and take a ball of dough and place processed cheese in between and form a cylindrical shape

STEP 05

Sprinkle some flour over the croquettes

STEP 06

Make a slurry with cornflour and water

STEP 07

Dip the croquette into the slurry then coat it with bread crumbs

STEP 08

Keep it in freezer for 20 minutes

STEP 09

Heat oil on moderate flame and then put the croquettes into it

STEP 10

Fry them until they turn golden brown

STEP 11

Potato croquettes are ready to be served
