  • 25 g sooji
  • To Taste salt
  • 1/4 Tbsp oil
  • 1/4 Tsp jeera powder
  • As Required Peri peri masala
  • 0.13 Cups Water

Directions: Crispy Sooji Sticks Recipe

  • STEP 1.First grind sooji in mixer , add salt , jeera powder and oil and make a smooth dough with water . Rest for 20 mins . Roll dough and cut long sticks . Deep fry them till crispy . Take out and sprinkle peri peri masala . Ready to serve
