This is very healthy and tasty recipe all the kids like it very much and mothers are also happy to give their child because it contained all nutritions and multivitamin of veggies
STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan, add in onions, green chillies, ginger garlic paste and cook for a min or so.
STEP 2.Add in turmeric powder and mix well.
STEP 3.Add in veggies and mix well. Add in some salt and a splash of water and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
STEP 4.Add in chilli powder and mix well. Add in potatoes, ketchup, breadcrumbs, salt and mix well.
STEP 5.Add in coriander leaves and garam masala powder. Mix well.Now set this aside so it cools a bit.
STEP 6.Take small portions from this and roll it into ball, flatten it slightly and set aside.
STEP 7.Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add water and make it into a thin liquid. Now take breadcrumbs in a bowl.
STEP 8.Take cutlet and coat with the flour coating and then the breadcrumbs. Once it is well coated, drop in hot oil and fry till crispy.
STEP 9.Drain and serve with ketchup.
