Ingredients for Crispy paneer Recipe

  • 83.33 gram Paneer
  • 0.17 tbsp All purpose flour
  • 0.67 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.33 tsp Black pepper
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.33 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 0.33 tbsp Schezwan sauc
  • 0.33 tbsp Chilli sauce
  • 0.17 tsp Sugar
  • 0.67 g reen Chillies (Finely Chopped)
  • 0.33 g 1 Green onion (chopped)1 tbsp
  • 0.33 tsp Soya sauce
  • 0.33 tbsp oil (for frying)

Directions: Crispy Paneer Recipe

  • STEP 1.First cut the paneer into cubes. Take ginger garlic paste, black pepper, salt corn flour in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add paneer pieces to it and coat it well. Take another bowl, mix all purpose flour, corn flour and salt in it and make a batter.
  • STEP 3.Now heat oil in a kadhai on the gas, till then add paneer cubes to the batter and add one piece to the pan and fry till it becomes crispy.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan, add green chilli, garlic, ginger garlic paste, schezwan sauce, sesame and cook for few seconds.
  • STEP 5.Add some water, chili sauce, some black pepper, soy sauce, sugar and then cook for some time.
