In a big bowl and add potato(grated), carrot (grated) and oats. Mix all the ingredients well.
Add the spices, start with red chilli powder,cumin powder, pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt. Mix all the ingredients well and knead it into a dough.
Cooking Directions
Take a separate bowl and add white flour,pinch of salt, about 6 tbsp water and mix well.
Now pull out balls from the dough and flatten it by pressing it with hand. Dip the flattened cutlets into maida paste. After dipping, make sure they are well coated in the paste
Add 3 tbsp oil to a pan. Let it heat. Fry the flattened balls from both sides for 10 mins on medium flame.
Serving And Storage Method
Serve hot with tomato ketchup or dip of choice.
