  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1.50 tablespoon Honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • as required Sesame Seeds For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper. Coat the chicken pieces in the flour mixture.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a deep pan or wok. Fry the coated chicken pieces until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add minced garlic and chopped red chillies. Stir-fry for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and tomato ketchup to the pan. Mix well and let the sauce simmer for a few minutes.
