Ingredients for Crispy dosa Recipe

  • 0.67 Cups Rice
  • 0.33 g Urad daal
  • handful Chana daal
  • As Required Salt

Directions: Crispy Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soak dal rice four hours separately
  • STEP 2.Then after grind them but first smell the water if there is bad smell coming again clean both the things
  • STEP 3.Now grind them separately in different batches
  • STEP 4.After grinding pour them in container.after washing your hand beat this batter properly with your hand
  • STEP 5.Add 3--4 pinch eno/baking soda
  • STEP 6.Now put iron tawa on a low flame
  • STEP 7.After greasing tawa put this batter make it in oval or round shape
