Ingredients for Crispy dosa Recipe

  • 1 Cups Rice
  • 1/2 Cup Urad daal
  • 1/2 Tsp Fenugreek seeds
  • As Required Salt
  • As Required Oil

Directions: Crispy Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Soap rice dal fenugreek seeds in water for 2 to 3 hours then grind in very smooth paste.
  • STEP 2.Keep aside for 7 to 8 hours for fermentation then when you want to make dosa add required salt and makes well heat non stick tawa and spread little by little better on hot tawa spread little oil and cook until crispy.
