  • STEP 1.Start by marinating the beef strips in a mixture of soy sauce, cornstarch, and black pepper for about 15 minutes.
  • STEP 2.In a separate bowl, prepare the batter by combining flour, cornstarch, salt, and water. Dip the marinated beef strips into the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan or wok and fry the beef strips until they turn golden brown and crispy. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
