Ingredients for Crispy Chilli Beef Recipe

  • 90 gram 3/4 lb thin cut sirloin steaks cut into thin strips
  • 1/4 Small egg
  • 1 tablespoon Cornflour
  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.06 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.03 teaspoon White pepper
  • 1.13 tablespoon Sunflower oil divided
  • 1/4 Medium onion peeled and sliced into thin strips
  • 1/4 Red chilli finely sliced discard the seeds if you don't like it too hot
  • 1/4 teaspoon Minced ginger
  • 3/4 Garlic cloves peeled and minced
  • 1/2 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 3/4 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato puree
  • 1.50 tablespoon Caster sugar or superfine sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1/2 tablespoon Sweet chilli sauce i use thai style
