Ingredients for Crispy Beef Spring Rolls Recipe

  • 150 gram Minced beef
  • 2 No.s Leeks
  • 1 No.s Carrot
  • 2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 5 gram Ginger
  • 2 No.s Garlic
  • 2 tablespoon Peanut oil
  • 30 No.s Spring roll wraps
  • 1 teaspoon Ground red pepper
  • As required Salt

Directions: Crispy Beef Spring Rolls Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 heat 2 tbsp peanut oil in a wok and add 2 finely chopped leeks, 5 gm finely chopped ginger, 2 cloves finely chopped and fry for a few seconds till softened.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add 150 gm raw minced beef and stir fry for 2 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 add 1 grated carrot and stir fry for 5 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 add 1 tsp ground red pepper, 2 tsp soy sauce, salt to taste and stir fry for 2 minutes and remove from the heat.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 place in adish and allow to cool.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 when cooled, place 1 tbsp mixture in the centre of each wrapper. Roll once from the closest corner and then fold in the two sides.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 roll till the end using water to seal each joint.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 heat oil in a wok. Once all the spring rolls are rolled, add them one at a time to the hot oil and deep fry for 2 to 4 minutes till golden.

step 9

  • STEP 9.9 then remove and drain off the excess oil.

step 10

  • STEP 10.10 transfer to a dish and serve.
