  • STEP 1.Peel and chop the banana stem into thin slices.
  • STEP 2.Soak the sliced banana stem in water with a pinch of turmeric for 10 minutes.
  • STEP 3.In a mixing bowl, combine chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, and water to make a thick batter.
  • STEP 4.Drain the soaked banana stem slices and add them to the batter. Mix well to coat the slices evenly.
