  • 0.67 Pieces Potatoes
  • 0.33 Pieces Onion
  • 0.67 cups Besan
  • 0.67 g reen chilies
  • 1 tsp Green coriander leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Celery
  • 0.67 tsp Red chili powder
  • 0.17 teaspoon Black salt
  • 0.33 tsp Tsp salt
  • 0.33 tsp Garam masala
  • as required Oil

Directions: Crispy Aloo Pyaz Pakoda Recipe

  • STEP 1.Give the potato and onion a round shape.
  • STEP 2.Add celery, black salt, green chili, green coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, red chili powder to the gram flour and mix.
  • STEP 3.Prepare the batter by adding water as required in the gram flour.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan. Dip potato, onion slices in gram flour and fry on medium heat.
  • STEP 5.Fry the pakodas till they are golden brown and crispy.
