How to Make Crispy Aloo Pyaz Pakoda Recipe
STEP 01
Give the potato and onion a round shape.
STEP 02
Add celery, black salt, green chili, green coriander leaves, garam masala, salt, red chili powder to the gram flour and mix.
STEP 03
Prepare the batter by adding water as required in the gram flour.
STEP 04
Heat oil in a pan. Dip potato, onion slices in gram flour and fry on medium heat.
STEP 05
Fry the pakodas till they are golden brown and crispy.
