  • 1/4 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.06 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Soak chana dal in water for 2-3 hours, then drain well.
  • STEP 2.Grind the soaked dal into a coarse paste, adding a little water if needed.
  • STEP 3.Transfer the dal paste to a bowl and add finely chopped onions, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin seeds, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
