  • 6 No.s eggs, room temperature
  • 375 gram evaporated milk
  • 395 gram condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • As required Caramel
  • 2 cup white sugar
  • As required strawberries and blueberries, to serve

  • STEP 1. preheat your oven 150 degree c.

  • STEP 1.boil sugar and water in a pan until the color turns into golden.

step 3

  • STEP 1. pour the caramelized sugar over a cake pan and coat the sides.

step 4

  • STEP 1. in a bowl take eggs and whisk them gently.

step 5

  • STEP 1.now add condensed milk, evaporated milk and vanilla extract to the bowl.

step 6

  • STEP 1. mix it gently.

step 7

  • STEP 1. pass the prepared mixture through to get rid of egg bits.

step 8

  • STEP 1. pour this mixture into the cake pan and bake it for an hour in a water bath.

step 9

  • STEP 1.bake it for another 30 minutes and refrigerate for 2 hours.
