Creamy palak soup Recipe
Boil the palak for 5 min after that transfer immediately it in cold water.
Then make a puree .,then saute green chilli, garlic,ginger in olive oil add the palak puree some salt, black pepper, nutmeg powder and make a boil.Add some honey and lemon juice to inhance the flavour.
Garnish it with fresh cream and some coriander leaves.
