  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha Powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon Gelatin
  • 1 tablespoon Cold Water
  • 1/4 cup Passion Fruit Pulp
  • 1/4 cup Mango Puree
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice

Directions: Matcha Panna Cotta With Passion Fruit Mango Compote Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a saucepan, heat the milk and sugar until the sugar is dissolved.
  • STEP 2.Remove from heat and whisk in the matcha powder until smooth.
  • STEP 3.In a separate bowl, sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add the bloomed gelatin to the matcha mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.
  • STEP 5.Pour the mixture into ramekins or glasses and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  • STEP 6.In another saucepan, combine passion fruit pulp, mango puree, sugar, and lemon juice.
  • STEP 7.Cook over medium heat until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 8.Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • STEP 9.Once the panna cotta is set, spoon the passion fruit mango compote over the top.
  • STEP 10.Refrigerate for another hour before serving.
