Ingredients for Creamy & Fruity Ice Cream (Banana & Beetroot Flavour) Recipe

  • 2 nos • Overripe Bananas/ पके हुए केले
  • 1 nos • Grated Beetroot/ कद्दूकस किया चुकंदर (Medium-sized)
  • 2 tbsp • Milk/ दूध
  • As required • ½ cup Whipped Cream/ फेंटी हुई मलाई
  • As required • ½ cup Sugar/ चीनी
  • 1 tbsp • Milk Powder/ दूध पाउडर
  • As required • ½ tbsp Ginger/ अदरक
  • As required • ¼ tsp Cardamom Powder/ इलायची पाउडर
  • 2 tsp • Flour/ आटा
  • 1 tsp • Fresh Cream/ ताज़ा मलाई
  • As required • Dry Fruits/ सूखे मेवे

Directions: Creamy & Fruity Ice Cream (banana & Beetroot Flavour) Recipe

  • STEP 1.1️⃣ Peel & chop bananas. Blend with a little milk to make a smooth puree using the Nutripro Bullet Mixer.
  • STEP 2.2️⃣ In a pan, heat thick cream & sugar. Once sugar dissolves, add milk powder slurry, mashed bananas, ginger, cardamom, flour slurry & a little fresh cream. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  • STEP 3.3️⃣ Let it cool. Save some thick mix aside & blend the rest until creamy.
  • STEP 4.4️⃣ Pour into a plastic container, top with the reserved thick mix & dry fruits. Freeze.
  • STEP 5.5️⃣ For the second layer, blend grated beetroot with a little water. Repeat the same thick cream base method, add beetroot puree, cook until thick, cool & blend again.
  • STEP 6.6️⃣ Once the first layer is semi-set, add grated beetroot, beetroot mix & dry fruits on top. Freeze overnight.
