Ingredients for Creamy Corn Cheese Sandwich Recipe

  • 0.13 cup Sweet corn boiled
  • 0.06 g spring onions whites and greens finely chopped
  • 3/4 tsp Cheese spread
  • 1/4 tbsp Eggless mayonnaise
  • 0.06 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 2 Pieces White bread slices
  • 1/2 g Butter for grilling
  • 0.06 tsp Oregano for sprinkling
  • 0.06 tsp chilli flakes for sprinkling

  • STEP 1.Instructions
  • STEP 2.preparing the topping:
  • STEP 3.1. Collect all the required ingredients.
  • STEP 4.2. Take a bowl and add boiled sweet corn.
  • STEP 5.3. Then add chopped spring whites and greens.
  • STEP 6.4. Also, add salt, black pepper powder, and eggless mayonnaise.
  • STEP 7.5. Lastly, add cheese spread.
  • STEP 8.6. Mix it very well and keep aside.
  • STEP 9.3. Heat a pan and add 1/2 tsp butter in it.
  • STEP 10.4. Place the 4 pieces of bread and grill them till it turns lightly golden and crisp.
  • STEP 11.5. Once done, flip it and switch off the flame.
  • STEP 12.6. Now place 1 tsp of the preparing mixture on top of each bread.
  • STEP 13.7. Spread it evenly on the bread.
  • STEP 14.8. Add 1/2 tsp butter in the pan and turn on the flame.
  • STEP 15.9. Cover with a lid and allow to cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes or till the cheese melts completely.
  • STEP 16.10. Once the cheese melts and the bread base is crispy, switch off the flame.
  • STEP 17.Before serving, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes.
  • STEP 18.Cover it with another grilled bread and cut into 4 pieces or as per your choice
  • STEP 19.Serve this hot cheese corn sandwich immediately.
