Baked macaroni and cheese doesn't have to be complicated with layers of cheese and macaroni. It is the best comfort food ever and one of my family favourites. My version uses a combination of cheeses for that ultimate cheesy deliciousness on the plate. Creamy and cheesy sauce with some spices and macaroni makes it a perfect dinner party idea. And whenever my family loves any dish so much, it's a winner for me. Do give this one a try for once. You will never be let down. Adding stir fried mutton mince to it is completely my innovative idea. It gave this classic dish a major lift. Happy baking !!!!!!!!.
