Ingredients for Cream of spinach soup Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Spinach leaves puree
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 1/4 cup Onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chillies paste
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • to taste Salt
  • 1 tsp Refined flour
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Origeno
  • 1 tsp Red chilli flex
  • 1/4 cup Cream

Directions: Cream Of Spinach Soup Recipe

  • STEP 1.Boil spinach leaves for 2 minutee and drain all water and then churn this leaves in mixy to thick puree
  • STEP 2.Then in a pan prepare white thin sauce by heating ghee ,saute refined flour for 2 minutes ,then add milk,stir on low flame
  • STEP 3.Then add pepper powder,salt to taste, origeno,red chilli flex,to it,
  • STEP 4.In a pan saute in ghee ,onion ,chilli paste,ginger garlic paste for five minutes,then add it in white sauce
  • STEP 5.To this white sauce add spinach leaves puree mix all well
  • STEP 6.Boil for 5-8 minutes then add cream lastly to it .serve this soup hot
