Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.
  • STEP 2.In a large pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the crayfish tails and cook until they turn pink. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  • STEP 4.In the same pan, wilt the spinach and squeeze out any excess moisture.
