  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Coriander Powder

  • 1/4 tablespoon Tamarind Pulp
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the crab thoroughly. Remove the shell and break it into pieces.
  • STEP 2.In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 for a minute. Then, add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
  • STEP 5.Add grated coconut and tamarind pulp. Cook for a few minutes until the coconut is well roasted.
  • STEP 6.Add the crab pieces and mix well with the spice mixture. Add water, cover the pan, and let it simmer for about 15-20 minutes or until the crab is cooked through.
  • STEP 7.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or bread.
