Ingredients for Crab Soup Recipe

  • 4.50 cup Water
  • 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon
  • 140 gram crab meat
  • 400 gram cream corn
  • 1 No.s egg
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 0.13 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 2 tablespoon green onions
  • As required Starch mix
  • 1/4 tablespoon Cornstarch

  • STEP 1.1. Make cornstarch water by mixing cornstarch and water. Set aside.

  • STEP 2.Beat an egg about 50 strokes.

step 3

  • STEP 3.Bring water to boil and add bouillon in it. Add crab meat and cream corn in the water too. Cook for 2-3 minutes.

step 4

  • STEP 4.Add cornstarch mixture, beaten egg  sesame oil, white pepper,chopped onions and cook for 5 minutes. Then transfer to a serving bowl.
