  • 2 ounce Crabmeat, any shells or cartilage removed
  • 0.08 cup Finely Chopped Celery
  • 0.06 cup Finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 Scallion finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1/4 tablespoon Low Fat Mayonnaise
  • 0.06 teaspoon Old bay seasoning
  • 1/2-1.25 dash Hot sauce
  • As required Freshly ground pepper, to taste
