  • STEP 1.Clean and prepare the crabs by removing the top shell and gills. Cut the crabs into halves or quarters.
  • STEP 2.In a large pan, heat oil and sauté the chopped onions, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add the lemongrass, turmeric, chili, and spices to the pan and cook for a few minutes until the spices release their aroma.
  • STEP 4.Pour in the coconut milk and bring it to a simmer. Add the crab pieces to the pan and coat them with the sauce.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan and let the crab cook in the sauce for about 15-20 minutes, or until the crab is cooked through.
