  • 1/4 tablespoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tablespoon Coriander Powder

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean the crabs by removing the top shell and gills. Cut them into halves.
  • STEP 2.In a bowl, mix together turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger-garlic paste, and salt.
  • STEP 3.Marinate the crab pieces in the spice mixture and let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated crab pieces to the pan and fry them on medium heat for about 10-15 minutes, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
