  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 0.13 No.s white onion
  • 1/4 cup Chicken
  • 0.06 teaspoon Paprika
  • As required Salt
  • 14.13 gram Cream Cheese
  • 0.38 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • 0.13 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup Whole Milk
  • 0.03 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 0.13 No.s egg
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • As required Oil

step 1

  • STEP 1.1 heat some oil in a pan and saute onions and garlic in it.

step 2

  • STEP 2.2 add shredded chicken, salt, and paprika to it and mix it well.

step 3

  • STEP 3.3 once cooked transfer it into a bowl and add cream cheese and parsley to it and combine well.

step 4

  • STEP 4.4 heat butter to a pan and cook chicken in it and add milk.

step 5

  • STEP 5.5 knead the dough well.

step 6

  • STEP 6.6 make balls out of this dough and flatten it on a surface.

step 7

  • STEP 7.7 place the mixture in the centre of the flattened dough.

step 8

  • STEP 8.8 wrap the dough into a circular shape and make sure there aren’t any holes in it.

step 9

  • STEP 9.1 heat some oil in a pan and deep fry coxinha in it until it turns golden brown.
