Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Marinate the chicken pieces with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and saut茅 until the raw smell disappears.
  • STEP 5.Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
  • STEP 6.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 7.Cook for a few minutes until the spices are well combined.
  • STEP 8.Add coconut milk and water, and bring the curry to a boil.
  • STEP 9.Reduce the heat and simmer for about 30-40 minutes until the chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens.
