Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine grated cottage cheese, blanched spinach, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt.
  • STEP 2.Mix well to form a smooth dough-like mixture. Shape the mixture into small balls and deep fry them until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.In a separate pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and cook until golden brown.
  • STEP 4.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then, add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt.
  • STEP 5.Cook the masala until the oil separates. Add water to adjust the consistency of the curry.
