Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions, green chilies, and ginger-garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.
  • STEP 3.Add corn kernels, turmeric powder, salt, and sugar. Cook for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.Add soaked poha and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chutney or yogurt.
