  • 1/4 Cup Muthiya
  • 0.13 Cup Masala boondi
  • 0.13 Cup Peas
  • 0.13 Cup Sweet corn
  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 0.13 Tsp Jeera
  • 0.13 Tsp Mustard seeds
  • 1/4 Pieces Curry leaves
  • 1/4 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 1/2 Tsp Ginger garlic green chilli paste
  • 1/4 Pieces Onion chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Tomato puree
  • To Taste Salt
  • To Taste Red chilli powder
  • To Taste Turmeric powder
  • To Taste Coriander powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Kasuri methi
  • To Taste Degi mirch
  • As Required Water as needed
  • To Taste garam masala
  • 0.13 Cup Coriander leaves chopped

Directions: Corn Peas Masala Muthiya Gravy Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a kadai. Add jeera, mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry red chilli. Let it splutter for a min.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger garlic green chilli paste and saute. Add onion and fry till golden. Add tomato puree and mix. Cook for 5-10 mins.
  • STEP 3.Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, kasuri methi and degi mirch. Mix well. Add little water and mix.
  • STEP 4.Add peas and corns. Mix well. Cover and cook for sometime. Mix well. Add more water and adjust the thickness of the gravy as per your choice.
  • STEP 5.Bring it to boil and add muthiya and boondi. Boil it again. Sprinkle garam masala and mix. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with chapati.
