Ingredients for Corn Papad Recipe

  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1/2 diced Cucumber
  • 1/2 diced Tomato
  • 1/2 chopped Onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon chat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon black salt
  • As required Half lime
  • As required Readymade papad

Directions: Corn Papad Recipe

  • STEP 1.Chop the onion, tomato, and cucumber into small pieces.

step 2

  • STEP 2.Take the frozen corn and add the black salt, chat masala, and all the chopped veggies and mix it well.

  • STEP 3.Add half lime juice to the masala.

step 4

  • STEP 4.In low flame roast the papad lightly and turn it gently in a taco shape.

  • STEP 5.Keep roasting the papad in a taco shape(you need to have a little patience while roasting it.

  • STEP 6.Now once the papad is evenly roasted from both sides add the corn masala in the between on the papad.

step 7

  • STEP 7.And your corn masala papad is ready.

  • STEP 8.You can serve it with mayo or and chutney you would prefer with it.
