Ingredients for Corn palak rice Recipe

  • 1/2 Cups Rice
  • A Bunch Spinach
  • 2 Tbsp Corn
  • 1/2 Pieces Onion
  • 1/2 Tbsp inger garlic paste
  • 1/2 Tsp jeera
  • 1/2 Pieces Black cardamom
  • 1/2 Tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp Desi Ghee
  • 1/2 Tbsp Cream
  • 1 Pieces Tomato
  • to taste Salt

Directions: Corn Palak Rice Recipe

  • STEP 1.1. Wash and soak the rice for half an hour.
  • STEP 2.2. Clean, wash and chop spinach roughly.
  • STEP 3.3. Chop the onion finely. Boil the corn.
  • STEP 4.4. Blanch the spinach and make its puree.
  • STEP 5.5. Heat desi ghee in a pan. Add onion and saute for two minutes.
  • STEP 6.6. Add jeera, black cardamom and red chilli powder.
  • STEP 7.7. Saute for one minute and add ginger garlic paste. Add corn.
  • STEP 8.8. After one minute, add spinach puree and stir for two minutes.
  • STEP 9.9. Now add rice, salt and water. Cook untill the rice is done.
  • STEP 10.10. Slice one tomato and garnish the rice with tomato slices and cream.
  • STEP 11.11. Serve hot.
