STEP 1.1. Wash and soak the rice for half an hour.
STEP 2.2. Clean, wash and chop spinach roughly.
STEP 3.3. Chop the onion finely. Boil the corn.
STEP 4.4. Blanch the spinach and make its puree.
STEP 5.5. Heat desi ghee in a pan. Add onion and saute for two minutes.
STEP 6.6. Add jeera, black cardamom and red chilli powder.
STEP 7.7. Saute for one minute and add ginger garlic paste. Add corn.
STEP 8.8. After one minute, add spinach puree and stir for two minutes.
STEP 9.9. Now add rice, salt and water. Cook untill the rice is done.
STEP 10.10. Slice one tomato and garnish the rice with tomato slices and cream.
STEP 11.11. Serve hot.
