It is easy and simple to make as spinach doesn't need much cooking or preparations. The sabzi is quite unique and healthy that could be included in your daily diet.

Ingredients for Corn Palak Recipe

  • 2 bunch Spinach
  • 2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera
  • 1/4 teaspoon asofeotida
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup tomat
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
  • As required Salt
  • 2 cup boiled corn
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 teaspoon kasuri methi
  • 1/4 cup cream

Directions: Corn Palak Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.1. Take spinach and boil it for 10 minutes. Put it in cool water and strain. Blend it in a smooth paste.

step 4

  • STEP 1.1. In a pan take oil, cumin seeds, asofeotida, onion and saute for 6-7 minutes at medium flame.

  • STEP 1.2. Add tomato puree, ginger, garlic and mix well. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

  • STEP 1.4. Now add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and salt. Roast the spices for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 2.5. Roast the spices for 2 minutes.

  • STEP 3.6. Add boiled corn, spinach puree and 1 cup water.

step 10

  • STEP 4.7. Mix the ingredients well and cook for 5 minutes.

step 11

  • STEP 5.8. To this add garam masala, kasuri methi and cream.

step 12

  • STEP 6.9. Stir it and cook for two minutes. Your corn palak is ready!
