This recipe is very simple and can be made in restaurant style. It is very easy to make yummy to eat.

Ingredients for Corn methi roll Recipe

  • As Required Frozen corns two
  • As Required Boiled potatoes three
  • 1/2 cup Methi leaves one
  • As Required salt one
  • As Required Red chilly flakes one
  • As Required One finally chopped onion
  • 1/2 g One finally chopped green chilly
  • 1 tablespoons Rice flour two
  • As Required Bread crumbs one
  • as required Oil

Directions: Corn Methi Roll Recipe

  • STEP 1.Add corns in a mixer grinder jar and grind into a thick coarse paste.
  • STEP 2.Grate potatoes in a mixing bowl.
  • STEP 3.Add methi leaves & coarsly ground corns, onion, green chilly , bread crumbs, rice flour, salt & red chilly flakes in it. Mix all the ingredients together.
  • STEP 4.Take a small portion from the prepared mixture and roll it in cylindrical shape or
  • STEP 5.whatever shape you want.
  • STEP 6.Heat oil in a pan.
  • STEP 7.Deep fry it until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 8.Drain it on absorbent paper.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot with tomato sauce.
