Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a blender, grind the sweet corn kernels to a coarse paste.
  • STEP 2.In a saucepan, heat milk and bring it to a boil.
  • STEP 3.Add the ground corn paste to the milk and simmer for 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • STEP 4.Add sugar and cardamom powder to the kheer and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Cook for another 5 minutes until the kheer thickens.
  • STEP 6.Remove from heat and let it cool.
  • STEP 7.Serve the Corn Kheer chilled, garnished with chopped nuts.
