  • 1/20 cup Chopped Onions

  • 1/5 teaspoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 0.40 tablespoon Chopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1/10 teaspoon Cumin Powder
  • 1/10 teaspoon Coriander Powder
  • 1/20 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the sweet corn kernels and potatoes until they are soft.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, mash the boiled potatoes and add the corn kernels.
  • STEP 3.Add breadcrumbs, chopped onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, coriander leaves, and spices to the mixture.
  • STEP 4.Mix everything well and shape the mixture into small patties.
  • STEP 5.Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the kababs until they turn golden brown on both sides.
  • STEP 6.Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
