Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Boil the corn kernels until they are tender.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, add the boiled corn kernels.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves to the bowl.
  • STEP 4.Sprinkle chaat masala, black salt, and lemon juice over the mixture.
  • STEP 5.Toss everything together until well combined.
  • STEP 6.Garnish with sev (fried gram flour noodles) and chopped coriander leaves.
  • STEP 7.Serve the corn chaat immediately as a snack or appetizer.

  • You can add other vegetables like cucumber or bell peppers for added crunch and flavor.
