Ingredients for Corn bhel Recipe

  • 1/4 cup Chopped onions
  • 1/4 cup Finely grated fresh coconut
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp Lime juice
  • 50 gram Poha chivda
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 0.13 tsp Asafoetida
  • 1 g 2-3 Chopped g
  • 0.13 tsp Turmeric powder

Directions: Corn Bhel Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix onions, coconut, salt, sugar, and lime juice in a bowl.
  • STEP 2.Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • STEP 3.When the oil is hot, add asafetida, curry leaves, and green chilies and let them crackle for 4-5 seconds.
  • STEP 4.Add turmeric powder to the pan and saute for 6-8 seconds.
  • STEP 5.Pour the tempering over the onion coconut mixture and mix well.
  • STEP 6.Add poha chivda to the bowl and mix well. Serve immediately.
